Our unique selection methodology utilizes three different means of screening candidates to ensure high placement success rates—proprietary tests, in-depth interviews, and managed engagements.

  • PROPRIETARY TESTS: We typically place consultant candidates through a battery of proprietary tests to make sure the skill sets we seek are strong. In addition to IT expertise, we are also careful to screen on client-specific “soft” attributes, which our experience tells us are highly predictive of success—including level of independence, work ethic, language skills, interactions with colleagues, judgment, and personality.
  • IN-DEPTH INTERVIEWS: We leverage our own on-staff solutions architects to screen and qualify consultants, which ensures that IT professionals evaluate IT professionals. The people who choose our candidates have done the exact same work many times before, and they know exactly how to do it based on an in-depth working knowledge. Such knowledge means that we are able to recommend candidates based on a comprehensive understanding of what the job requires them to actually do (email and Web archiving, for example) versus merely the technical knowledge required (in-depth Linux familiarity, for example). Technical knowledge alone is an inadequate indicator of successful engagement completion.
  • MANAGED ENGAGEMENTS: Our solution architects actually work along side our most promising consultants on a client engagement so we can evaluate them in action—it is the only way to know with certainty if the skill set we are delivering to our clients is correct. It is also why we can make the following promise to our clients: we only place consultants who first do the work well for us, and we absolutely never place consultants that we wouldn’t use for our own managed engagements.

Fact: We enjoy one of the industry’s highest

success rates—97%—proof of our consultants’ on-site fit.
