One of New England's Largest Retail Banks
One of New England's largest retail banks asked Corporate Technologies to propose a computing infrastructure supporting an ambitious online one-to-one marketing initiative. Stringent industry regulations required careful coordination with the bank’s systems and application security—consistent with its corporate security policy.
Our technical needs analysis uncovered several challenges. We had to synchronize the bank’s constantly changing online environment with their legacy environment, while verifying that online applications could access legacy data without affecting its source. IT security proved challenging as well—it had to be simple to allow access by many users yet fully compliant with the bank’s security policy.
Our implementation—a multi-tiered server architecture, data integration, and security solution—fully supported the bank’s transition to personalized online banking without disrupting system performance or uptime. We simplified the customer experience for the bank’s clients and dramatically reduced administrative costs through embedded management functionality, enabling minimal staff to manage a system supporting millions of clients.
Fact: We helped one of the region’s largest banks
transition to personalized online banking, with no
disruption in systems performance or uptime.
