The Infrastructure Services Group uses a four-phase methodology for every IT solution it undertakes—assess, architect, implement, support.

 

  • Assess: Our consultants assess our customer’s key business drivers, taking into account application, industry, and IT requirements. We provide detailed recommendations on next steps, project potential ROI, and document the likely advantages and savings of each initiative.

  • Architect/Design: ISG custom-designs a total solution that reflects the goals and requirements identified in the assessment phase, utilizing established best practices and industry expertise. We provide a detailed plan and timeline outlining the specifics of the project and the overall design of the solution.

  • Implement: We work closely with our customer to efficiently test, validate, configure, implement, and integrate the new infrastructure design, building a proof-of-concept pilot and testing all aspects of the new design. Once validated, we deploy the solution, verifying that the newly delivered infrastructure meets performance criteria established in the design phase, and performance-tuning as required.

  • Support: We fully support every implementation we deliver by providing our clients customized education and training on how to effectively manage and support their ISG solution. We also offer comprehensive post-deployment services, which include TCO analysis, outsource/insource assessment, and management of contracts, vendors, heterogeneous IT environments, projects, and asset inventory.
