Benefits

Providing for the welfare of our employees and their family members is one of our highest priorities. Some of our events include: the Death by Chocolate Halloween party; celebrating Red Sox and Yankees Opening Days with popcorn, Cracker Jacks and beer; summer outing themes like Survivor, Crazy Office Olympics, and just relaxing by the pool and enjoying good food; and our traditional Holiday party with its festive dinner and Yankee Swap.  We also hold our regular First Friday of Every Month Lunch Date, where we encourage everyone to get away from their desks, socialize, and enjoy a meal in a relaxed atmosphere.

Health Benefits

  • Medical—Corporate Technologies offers medical coverage for you and your eligible dependents through Blue Cross/Blue Shield.

  • Dental—Dental coverage is offered to you and your eligible dependents through Guardian Dental. 

Flexible Benefits

  • Medical Flexible Spending Account—Through FlexChoice, you can contribute pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible health care expenses to a maximum of $2,500 in a calendar year.

  • Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account—Through FlexChoice, you can contribute pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible dependent care expenses to a maximum of $5,000 per household in a calendar year.

Insurance

  • Life/AD&D—We offer basic life and AD&D coverage at two times annual salary up to $100,000 through Guardian Life.

  • Disability—We offer both short and long term disability benefits for income protection in the event of a disability through Guardian Life.

Paid Time Off

  • Vacation—Paid time off is based on length of service—15 days per year for up to 5 years of employment and 20 days per year for more than 5 years of service.

  • Holidays— Annual paid holidays are typically comprised of the most commonly observed holidays.

  • Sick Leave—We offer income protection in the event of illness or injury for up to 5 days in a calendar year.

Retirement

  • 401(k) Plan—We offer a tax deferred retirement plan, through Sentinel Financial Group, in which you may defer up to 15% of your annual compensation or to the IRS annual limit. There are eighteen fund choices to optimize your investment strategy.
