Recent Assignments
Our Data Storage & Management consultants work on many diverse projects on-site, including the following, which have recently been completed:

• ENTERPRISE VAULT IMPLEMENTATION: Install and configure Symantec Enterprise Vault with features for Lotus Domino user mailbox archiving and NSF Migrator; also includes Journal Mailbox Archiving and Discovery Accelerator.
• FAILOVER IMPLEMENTATION: Design, document, and build a standard Symantec Cluster for hardware failover on Solaris and Linux systems; test to ensure full design spec was met.
• SUPPORT: Perform onsite service, repair, upgrades, and local installations; provide assistance with the NetApp NOW site and advice on how to best use the site; coordinate with customer service personnel and field resources to solve any problems; report on process and product maintenance.
• PROACTIVE SERVICE MANAGEMENT: Provide software and hardware release planning and bug analysis; analyze software patches and field alerts, and advise the company as to the appropriate next steps.
• STORAGE ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT: Includes installations and replacements, changes, implementation, storage provisioning, capacity planning and management, basic problem management, and daily monitoring and diagnostics.
